CCSupervisor

Link your Hub to a CCSupervisor organization to unlock convoy entitlements, the points feed and convoy surfacing.

What linking gives you

CCSupervisor is the convoy-management side of the same family. Linking your Hub to a CCSupervisor organization connects the two so they work as one:

  • Convoy entitlements — the organization's plan unlocks its convoy features.
  • The points feed — convoy activity in CCSupervisor can award points in your Hub.
  • Convoy surfacing — the organization's convoys appear in your Hub.

You only need to do this once. It takes two people a minute between them: an organization owner in CCSupervisor and a Hub staff member who can manage settings here.

The link is confirmed from both sides, so neither product can be attached to the other without someone who controls each agreeing to it.

  1. In your Hub panel, go to Settings → CCSupervisor. Copy This hub's ID and send it to the organization owner.
  2. The owner opens organization settings in CCSupervisor and starts the link, using that ID. (If their Steam account already administers this Hub, it appears in their hub picker instead.)
  3. CCSupervisor shows them a single-use link code, valid for about 30 minutes. They send you that and their organization ID.
  4. Back on Settings → CCSupervisor, enter the Organization ID and Link code, then choose Confirm link.

The page then shows the linked organization and the date it was linked.

If the code does not work, the usual reasons are:

  • It expired. Codes last about 30 minutes. The owner can generate a fresh one.
  • It has already been used. Each code links one Hub, once.
  • The organization is already linked to another Hub, or this Hub is already linked to another organization. Unlink the existing pairing first.

Choose Unlink on the same page. The connection is removed from your Hub straight away, and the organization drops back to its free tier in CCSupervisor by itself — there is nothing to undo on that side.

You can link the Hub to a different organization afterwards with a new code.
